Boondi paratha is really interesting indian flatbread which stuffed with stir fried boondi. For stir fried boondi, just cook the boondi with onion, green chilies and spices as other stir fry vegetable.
Take bowl add whole wheat flour, water, salt and knead a dough.
Divide dough into equal portions. Roll out each portion into a small puri.
Place a boondi mixture in the center, gather the edges, Roll balls in a little flour and flatten so that the boondi is spread evenly. Then roll out further with a rolling pin into a thick parantha.
Heat a tawa and place the paratha on it. Cook the paratha from the both side till to cook or golden with ghee.
Serve hot with raita or pickle.
Heat the oil in non-stick pan, add cumin seeds they starts plutter.
Add chopped onion and green chilies and saute one minute.
Now soak the boondi in water for two minute and squeeze it.
Add squeeze boondi into pan and spices, mix well.
Cook the boondi two minute more and add green coriander and mix it. cool at room temp for further use.
