Dalgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee)

Dalgona Coffee is a Korean beverage which made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee, sugar and hot water until it become creamy and fluffy and then adding it to cold milk or hot milk.

  • 3 Tbsps Instant Coffee
  • 3 Tbsps. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsps. Hot Water
  • 4 Cups Milk
  • Few Ice Cubes


  1. Add instant coffee powder and sugar in a cup.  Add water and beat the coffee and sugar until it is light and smooth. 

  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour chilled milk on top.

  3. Top the glass with whipped coffee and Sprinkle little cocoa powder.

  4. Serve Chilled.

Recipe Notes

You can serve this coffee with hot milk also.
