Beetroot Hummus Recipe

Beetroot hummus is smooth and creamy dip made with boiled chickpeas, sesame seeds, olive oil and parboiled beetroot.

- 1 Beetroot, Peeled and Chopped
- 2 Cups Chickpeas, Boiled
- 2 Tbsps. Roasted Sesame Seeds
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Salt to Taste
- Black Pepper Powder to Taste
- 4 Tbsos. Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsps. Lemon Juice
Add beetroot, chickpeas, olive oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor until to smooth and creamy.
Serve in bowl with extra olive oil and pepper powder or flakes. Serve with chips or green veggies.
