Hare Chane Ki Chaat | Green Chickpea Chaat

Love the color combination of green chanas, red tomatoes, pink onions and flavor of lemon juice and chaat masala in this chaat. It’s very quick and tempting street recipe which you can serve as chaat or as salad also.

  • 2 Cups Green Chickpeas Fresh
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Cucumber Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies Chopped
  • Green Coriander Chopped
  • Lemon Juice, to taste
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red Chili Powder to Taste
  • Chaat Masala to Taste
  • 1/2 Tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder


  1. Boiled the green chickpeas in pressure cooker with salt and water till to tender but little crunchy.

  2. Drain the excess water and transfer into bowl.

  3. Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl and serve immediately.
