Kobha means Incision on bread, which makes with wheat flour and served with gravy or chutney.
Combine salt, flour, jeera and 2 tsp. ghee in large bowl and mix well.
Now add water and knead stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for atleast 15 minutes.
Now again knead the dough until the smooth. Grease your hand and make a round shape.
Divide the dough into two portions and roll it into thick roti using rolling pin.
Heat the tawa and place the roti on heated tawa and cook on low flame.
Use your finger, to make push, pinch and lift the dough at various places in symmetrical form on the surface.
Now cook with the pinches side and again cook on open flame for two minutes till slightly cooked and brown marks.
Apply desi ghee and serve hot and crisp bread with any curry and chutney.
