Kobha means Incision on bread, which makes with wheat flour and served with gravy or chutney.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Desi Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Combine salt, flour, jeera and 2 tsp. ghee in large bowl and mix well. 
  • Now add water and knead stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for atleast 15 minutes. 
  • Now again knead the dough until the smooth. Grease your hand and make a round shape. 
  • Divide the dough into two portions and roll it into thick roti using rolling pin.
  • Heat the tawa and place the roti on heated tawa and cook on low flame. 
  • Use your finger, to make push, pinch and lift the dough at various places in symmetrical form on the surface. 
  • Now cook with the pinches side and again cook on open flame for two minutes till slightly cooked and brown marks. 
  • Apply desi ghee and serve hot and crisp bread with any curry and chutney.
