Leftover Khichdi Pakora Recipe

Khichdi Pakora is deep fried snack which made with leftover khichdi, onion, besan and spices.

  • 1 Cup Leftover Khichdi
  • 1/4 Cup Besan
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tsp. Green Chili Chopped
  • 2 Tbsps. Coriander Chopped
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tsp. Sesame seeds
  • Oil for Frying


  1. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll into a ball form.
  3. Heat the enough oil in a deep bottom kadai and fry them till to golden and crisp.
  4. Remove them on tissue paper and serve hot with tea and coffee.
