Khichdi Pakora is deep fried snack which made with leftover khichdi, onion, besan and spices.

- 1 Cup Leftover Khichdi
- 1/4 Cup Besan
- 1/4 Cup Onion Chopped
- 1 Tsp. Ginger Paste
- 2 Tsp. Green Chili Chopped
- 2 Tbsps. Coriander Chopped
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp. Sesame seeds
- Oil for Frying
Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll into a ball form.
Heat the enough oil in a deep bottom kadai and fry them till to golden and crisp.
Remove them on tissue paper and serve hot with tea and coffee.
