Instructions
Combine the peel and grated cucumber, cottage cheese, fine chopped onion, black pepper powder, salt in same bowl.
Add raisins and fine chopped almonds in stuffing mixture.
Cut the sides of the bread slices.
Soak one bread slice in the water at a time. Remove the slice from the water and squeeze out excess water in-between both the palms.
Stuff 1 tbsp. of mixture. Close the bread in your palms in the shape of a round shaped ball.
Repeat this with the rest of the slices.
Set this bread ball in refrigerate for 20 min.
Arrange the bhallas in serving bowl and pour the beaten curd on top of the bhallas.
Now garnish with meethi chutney, green chutney, sev, chopped coriander, salt, red chilies powder, roasted cumin powder.
Notes
In garnishing, we can use pomegranate seeds, nuts and more.
