Bread pakora is an Indian fried snack. It is also known as bread bhaji. A common street food, it is made from bread slices, gram flour, and spices among other ingredients.

4 Bread Slices 1 Cup Gram Flour Salt to Taste Red Chili Powder to Taste 1 Tsp. Carom seeds Oil For Frying
Cut the each bread slices into equal four pieces and keep aside.
Heat the oil in wok on high flame.
Combine gram flour, salt, red chili powder, carom seeds and water to make smooth batter for pakoras.
When oil is hot enough, dip each piece into besan batter and deep fry them on medium flame till to golden and crisp.
You can fry 4-5 pieces at a time. Serve besan pakoras with green chutney or tomato ketchup and tea.
