Boil the milk and add vinegar or lemon juice in boiling milk, when curdle starts, strain the milk in muslin clothe and wash under a running water to discard the lemon taste. Keep aside this fresh milk chenna to cool.
Transfer the chenna into a plate, add cardamom powder, coconut powder, cocoa powder, sugar powdered and knead it till the mixture becomes smooth. Add few drops of vanilla essence if needed.
Divide the dough into equal portions and round it into flat round shape.
Garnish with almond flakes and keep it in freeze to set for atleast 15-20 minutes.
