Onion pakoras are fried and crunchy snack which you can serve as starter with indian dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Onion Sliced
  • 2 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsps. Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Gram Flour
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red Chili Powder to Taste
  • Chaat Masala to Taste
  • 2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Asafoetida
  • 1 Tsp. Carom Seeds
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 Cup Water for Mixing

Instructions
 

How to make Crunchy Onion Pakoras:

  • Combine onion, spices, coriander, green chilies and besan together and mix well.
  • Add water slowly and mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a heavy bottom wok. Drain it on absorbent paper.
  • Serve with ketchup or Indian chutney.
