Instructions
How to make Crunchy Onion Pakoras:
Combine onion, spices, coriander, green chilies and besan together and mix well.
Add water slowly and mix well.
Heat the oil in a heavy bottom wok. Drain it on absorbent paper.
Serve with ketchup or Indian chutney.
