Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp. Oil
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp. Carom Seeds
1/2 Tsp. Nigella Seeds
1/2 Cup Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
Oil For Cooking
Flour for Dusting
Water for Kneading
Instructions
Combine flour, salt, and oil in a deep bowl and knead a soft dough using enough water and keep aside.
Heat the 1 tsp. oil in non-stick pan and add carom seeds and nigella seeds.
When they start crackle, add green chillies and salt and saute few seconds and keep aside.
Take a small portion of dough. Roll a portion into circle and place small portion of chilli stuffing in center.
Bring all the edges in center and seal tightly.
Roll again by using a little flour for rolling.
Heat a tawa on medium flame and cook the paratha till to golden brown from both sides using oil.
Serve hot chili paratha with curd and pickle.
