Green chilli paratha or Hari Mirch Ka paratha is an Indian flatbread recipe which made with stuffing of green chilies and served with curd and mango pickle.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Oil
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/2 Tsp. Carom Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp. Nigella Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • Oil For Cooking
  • Flour for Dusting
  • Water for Kneading

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, salt, and oil in a deep bowl and knead a soft dough using enough water and keep aside. 
  • Heat the 1 tsp. oil in non-stick pan and add carom seeds and nigella seeds. 
  • When they start crackle, add green chillies and salt and saute few seconds and keep aside. 
  • Take a small portion of dough. Roll a portion into circle and place small portion of chilli stuffing in center. 
  • Bring all the edges in center and seal tightly. 
  • Roll again by using a little flour for rolling. 
  • Heat a tawa on medium flame and cook the paratha till to golden brown from both sides using oil.  
  • Serve hot chili paratha with curd and pickle.
