Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato , finely chopped
  • 1 Onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Green chili , finely chopped (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh CorianderLleaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Black Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and green chili.
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate to the bowl and mix well.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Taste the salad and adjust the seasonings or add more lemon juice if desired.
  • Let the kuchumber salad sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve the salad as a side dish or accompaniment to your favourite Indian meal.
