Masala Pudina Lassi

Lassi is very refreshing yogurt based drink that soothes your digestive system. Thick curd is blended with chopped pudina, coriander, chilies, black salt, jeera and ice and served in individual glassed and garnish with mint leaves. Pudina lassi is a great combination with every Indian meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Fresh Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Mint Chopped
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped
  • Black Salt to Taste
  • Chaat Masala to Taste
  • 1 Tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Icecubes as needed
  • Mint Leaves Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend it for 3-5 Minutes. Add 1 cup of water and icecubes and blend again.  
  • Serve in individual glasses and garnish with fresh mint.

Notes

If you like little green in color, blend mint and chili first after that add yogurt and blend it with water and spices.
