Mint Hummus Recipe

Mint hummus is fusion condiment which made with nutty sesame seeds, zesty lemon juice, flavorful mint and chickpeas.

- 2 cups boiled chickpea
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 5-6 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp curd optional
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Add all ingredients together in blender and blend it till to smooth consistency without using water.
Garnish the mint hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and some additional fresh mint leaves.
Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or any other accompaniments of your choice.
