Mint hummus is fusion condiment which made with nutty sesame seeds, zesty lemon juice, flavorful mint and chickpeas.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups boiled chickpea
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 5-6 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp curd optional
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients together in blender and blend it till to smooth consistency without using water.
  • Garnish the mint hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and some additional fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or any other accompaniments of your choice.
