Cut the paneer into four thin slices and mash the remaining paneer into separte bowl.
Add broken cashew nuts, raisins, green chutney and coriander and mix well.
Spread the paneer mixture on paneer slices and cover them with other paneer slices like sandwich. Cut them into small triangle.
Combine cornflour, salt and water to make thick consistency batter. Heat the oil in non-stick pan.
Dip the each paneer triangle in the batter and shallow fry till to golden and keep aside on kitchen towel.
Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cumin and saute them.
Add onion paste and ginger chili paste and saute till to golden. Add tomato puree and mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add spices and mix well. Add cream and mix well and cook for 5-6 minute more and paneer slices at the time of serving.
Serve hot paneer pasanda with butter roti or laccha paratha.
