Pineapple Rice

Pineapple Rice is a easy and simple rice dish in which saute the pineapple chunks with spices, butter and cooked rice.

- 2 1/2 Cups Basmati Rice, Cooked
- 1 Cup Pineapple, Cubed
- 2 Tbsps, Pineapple, Crushed
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tsp. Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. Chili Flakes
- 2 Tbsps. Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsps. Butter
- Fresh Coriander, Garnishing
- Tutti Frutii, For Garnishing
Heat the butter in non-stick pan.
Add pineapple, sugar, salt, chili flakes in a pan and saute few seconds. Add cooked rice and 2 Tbsp milk and saute for one minute on low flame.
Remove from heat and garnish with coriander and lemon juice and tutti fruiti. Serve immediately.
