Papad Chaat Recipe is very simple and easy to make Indian snack recipe which made by crushed papad and combined with chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, salt, lemon juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Ragi Papad, Fried or Roasted
  • 1/2 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Coriander, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Peanuts, Roasted and Crushed
  • 2 Tbsps. Cashews, Roasted and Crushed
  • Salt to Taste
  • Chaat Masala to Taste
  • 1 Lemon, Juice

Instructions
 

  • Roast on an open flame or fry the papad in hot oil and crush them into small pieces and transfer into serving bowl. 
  • Now add chopped onion, cucumber, tomatoes, chilies, coriander, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. 
  • Add crushed peanuts and cashews and toss gently. Serve immediately otherwise papad will get soggy. 
  • You can add chutney also for more flavorful chaat. 
  • Serve the Ragi Papad Chaat as a side dish with any main course recipe such as biryani or pulao.
