Papad Chaat Recipe is very simple and easy to make Indian snack recipe which made by crushed papad and combined with chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, salt, lemon juice.

6 Ragi Papad, Fried or Roasted 1/2 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped 1/2 Cup Tomato, Finely Chopped 1/2 Cup Cucumber, Finely Chopped 2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped 2 Tbsp. Coriander, Finely Chopped 1/4 Cup Peanuts, Roasted and Crushed 2 Tbsps. Cashews, Roasted and Crushed Salt to Taste Chaat Masala to Taste 1 Lemon, Juice
Roast on an open flame or fry the papad in hot oil and crush them into small pieces and transfer into serving bowl.
Now add chopped onion, cucumber, tomatoes, chilies, coriander, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice.
Add crushed peanuts and cashews and toss gently. Serve immediately otherwise papad will get soggy.
You can add chutney also for more flavorful chaat.
Serve the Ragi Papad Chaat as a side dish with any main course recipe such as biryani or pulao.
