Add 1 cup wheat flour, ghee and milk and mix well. After mixing, press the mixture together and keep it covered for 15 minutes to raise. Now mash it lightly with hands and sieve the flour with large hole sieve.
Now add 2-3 tbsps. ghee in a pan and fry the chopped nuts till to slightly golden. Take it out in a plate and keep it aside.
Add flour in same pan and fry it on medium flame till it becomes light golden brown. Add 1 -2 tbsps. ghee if needed. After roasting, take it out in a bowl and keep it to cool at room temperature.
Add roasted flour, fried nuts, raisins, coconut powder, cardamom powder and boora and mix well. Now Rajasthani kasar or choorma is ready.
