Rose Lassi

Rose Lassi is a punjabi sweet lassi made with rose flavored syrup or roohafza, i preferred roohafza, mix with chilled fresh curd and milk. Love this attractive pinkish color of this drink.

  • 4 Cups Fresh Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Chilled Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Rose syrup/ Roohafza Syrup
  • 1 Tsp. Rose Water
  • 1 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
  • Sugar to Taste optional
  • Few Rose Petals Garnising
  • Chopped Pistachios Garnishing
  • Ice-Cubes


  1. Add Yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom powder,rose water, rose syrup and ice-cubes together and whisk well until to forthy.

  2. Pour into the individual glasses.
  3. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals. Serve Chilled.
