Rose Lassi is a punjabi sweet lassi made with rose flavored syrup or roohafza, i preferred roohafza, mix with chilled fresh curd and milk. Love this attractive pinkish color of this drink.

- 4 Cups Fresh Yogurt
- 1 Cup Chilled Milk
- 1/4 Cup Rose syrup/ Roohafza Syrup
- 1 Tsp. Rose Water
- 1 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
- Sugar to Taste optional
- Few Rose Petals Garnising
- Chopped Pistachios Garnishing
- Ice-Cubes
Add Yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom powder,rose water, rose syrup and ice-cubes together and whisk well until to forthy.
Pour into the individual glasses.
Garnish with pistachios and rose petals. Serve Chilled.
