Ingredients
6-8 Lefftover Chapati
2 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Large Tomato, Chopped
2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
1 Tsp. Ginger, Grated
1 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 Tsp. Cumin seeds
Salt to Taste
Red Chili To Taste
1/2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Amchoor Powder
Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds.
When they start crackle, add onion, ginger and chili and saute 2 minute.
Add tomato and spices and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and 1 tsp. of lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside to cool.
Take a roti and spread the stuffing in half portion and fold it.
Spread again stuffing in half portion and fold it into 1/4 shape like triangle.
Heat the tawa and cook the stuffed roti till to crisp and golden on both sides using little oil.
Serve along with cup of tea or coffee.
