Tamatar Ki chaat is basically a combination of boiled potatoes, tomatoes, chickpeas, spices and topped with chopped onions, green chilies & some fresh coriander leaves. Garnish with Crushed papris or namakpara for crunchy texture.
Wash and soak the white chickpeas in water for 3-4 hours and Drain and Transfer into pressure cooker, add water and salt and cook till to tender in pressure cooker.
Heat the oil in non-stick pan, add onion and ginger chili paste and saute for few seconds.
