Ingredients
4 Cups of Watermelon Juice (fresh)
2 Cups Sparkling Soda
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Watermelon, Diced
1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
Black Salt to Taste
3 Tbsps. Sugar Syrup
1 Cup Ice-cubes
Mint Leaves and Lemon Wedges for Garnishing
Instructions
Combine mint leaves, sugar syrup, lemon juice, salt together in pitcher and muddle all together till to crush.
Add Watermelon juice and soda water and stir it.
Add iced, mint leaves and lemon wedges in serving glasses and pour equally in each glass. Serve chilled immediately.
