On a warm summer's day, watermelon drinks are like heaven. This delectable thirst-quencher is packed with nutrients like vitamin c and a. Salt induces the flavour of the watermelon to strongly combine with the other flavours in this drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups of Watermelon Juice (fresh)
  • 2 Cups Sparkling Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Watermelon, Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Black Salt to Taste
  • 3 Tbsps. Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Cup Ice-cubes
  • Mint Leaves and Lemon Wedges for Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Combine mint leaves, sugar syrup, lemon juice, salt together in pitcher and muddle all together till to crush. 
  • Add Watermelon juice and soda water and stir it. 
  • Add iced, mint leaves and lemon wedges in serving glasses and pour equally in each glass. Serve chilled immediately.
