Zaffron Tea | Kesar Chai

Kesar Chai recipe is a comforting and easy to prepare tea recipe which is good option for morning or evening time with snacks. Addition of saffron or kesar in boiling water gives the flavor and color to tea. You can even taste the tea without milk also.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cup Water
  • Few Strands of Saffron
  • Sugar to Taste
  • 2 Tsps. Tea Leaves
  • 1 Cardamom, Green

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water in saucepan, add cardamom and saffron to get flavors. Add tea and milk, mix well and after first boil, add sugar and boil few mintues on low flame. Strain and serve hot tea with biscuits.
