Farali Dhaniya Chutney

Dhaniya chutney is smooth blend of coriander, chilies, curd, lemon juice and salt which goes well with farali snacks.

  • 1 Bunch Fresh Green Coriander, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Rock Salt to Taste
  • 2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 Green Chillies, Chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsps. Curd


  1. Remove the stems and wash the coriander leaves properly. 

  2. Add everything into a mixer and blend it till to smooth. 

  3. Add 1/4 Cup water if the chutney is too thick and then adjust salt to taste.

  4.  Serve farali coriander chutney with farali snacks.
