I love fasting time in which we made satvik recipes during navratris. In these days I get the chance to add super healthy and tasty grains and fruits in our daily diet such as buckwheat or kuttu, barnyard or samak, sago or sabudana, amaranth or chulai, many more.
I made some farali special chutneys also to serve with farali meals such as farali coconut chutney, coriander chutneys, meethi tamarind chutney. These chutney recipes are great in taste and easy to make which goes perfect with farali snacks such as:
1 Bunch Fresh Green Coriander, Roughly Chopped
1 Tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder
Rock Salt to Taste
2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder
2 Green Chilies, Chopped
2 Tbsps. Curd
1/2 Lemon Juice
How to make farali coriander chutney:
Remove the stems and wash the coriander leaves properly. Add everything into a mixer and blend it till to smooth. Add 1/4 Cup water if the chutney is too thick and then adjust salt to taste. Serve farali coriander chutney with farali snacks.
