What you say when golgappas serves with melted cheese and pizza style. This is a new genre of golgappas in which you can enjoy the taste of vegetable crunch and melted cheese with spicy tomato sauces.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 Golgappas
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Processed Cheese Grated
  • Pizza Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Pizza Stuffing

Pizza Stuffing

  • Corn kernels
  • Bell Pepper Chopped
  • Onion Chopped
  • Olives Chopped
  • Green Chilies Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Chop the all ingredients roughly and combine in mixing bowl, add pizza seasoning and salt and mix well.
  • Place the all golgappas in serving platter. Add 1 tbsp stuffing in each golgappas and add 1 tsp. Pizza sauce and tomato ketchup in each golgappas. 
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on the top of golgappas evenly and grill it or melt the cheese using blow torch.
  • Sprinkle pizza seasoning and chaat masala and serve immediately.
