Mango Raita Recipe

Mango Raita is a side dish which made with fresh curd. cardamom and ripe mangoes which you can serves with puri or parathas.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Mango Chunks
  • 2 Cups Fresh Curd
  • 2 Tbsps. Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Mango Squash optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine curd, sugar, mango syrup or squash and cardamom powder in large bowl and mix well till to smooth. 
  • Add mango chunks and mix well. Keep in freeze till serving. 
  • Serve chilled and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
