What we needed to make mango raita:
2 Cups Mango, Cubes
2 Cups Fresh Curd
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Mango Squash (optional)
1/4 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
How to make mango raita:
Combine curd, sugar, mango syrup or squash and cardamom powder in large bowl and mix well till to smooth. Add mango chunks and mix well. Keep in freeze till serving. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

- 2 Cups Mango Chunks
- 2 Cups Fresh Curd
- 2 Tbsps. Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Mango Squash optional
