Mango Raita Recipe

Mango Raita is a side dish which made with fresh curd. cardamom and ripe mangoes which you can serves with puri or parathas.

  • 2 Cups Mango Chunks
  • 2 Cups Fresh Curd
  • 2 Tbsps. Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Mango Squash optional


  1. Combine curd, sugar, mango syrup or squash and cardamom powder in large bowl and mix well till to smooth. 

  2. Add mango chunks and mix well. Keep in freeze till serving. 

  3. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
