Rose Iced Tea

Rose iced tea is a refreshing and flavourful drink that is perfect for warm weather. This drink is made with a combination of black tea, dried rose petals, and a touch of honey or sugar syrup for sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsps. Rose Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Rose Petals
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Black Tea
  • 2 Tbsps. Sugar Syrup or honey
  • Few Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Boil 1 cup water in a pan and keep it aside. Add rose petals and let the water cool down for at least one hour to infuse the flavours.
  • Boil 1 cup water in another pan and add black tea or green tea. Strain it and keep aside.
  • Add ice-cubes in individual glasses.
  • Add rose syrup, rose water, black tea water, sugar syrup (if needed) and chilled water.
  • Garnish with rose petals and mix well.
  • Serve chilled immediately.
