Rose Iced Tea

Rose iced tea is a refreshing and flavourful drink that is perfect for warm weather. This drink is made with a combination of black tea, dried rose petals, and a touch of honey or sugar syrup for sweetness.

2 Tbsps. Rose Syrup 1/2 Cup Rose Petals 2 Cups Water 1 Tbsp. Black Tea 2 Tbsps. Sugar Syrup or honey Few Ice Cubes
Boil 1 cup water in a pan and keep it aside. Add rose petals and let the water cool down for at least one hour to infuse the flavours.
Boil 1 cup water in another pan and add black tea or green tea. Strain it and keep aside.
Add ice-cubes in individual glasses.
Add rose syrup, rose water, black tea water, sugar syrup (if needed) and chilled water.
Garnish with rose petals and mix well.
Serve chilled immediately.
