These French fries are made of semolina mixture instead ofpotato but are just as delicious and crisp.
So, this time I tried Suji orSemolina based French fries without potatoes. Isn’t sound interesting?

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Semolina Or Sooji
  • 1 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup Cornflour
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red Chili Flakes To Taste
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Oregano
  • Garlic Powder, Optional
  • Cooking Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil 1 ½ Cup water in a non-stickpan, add semolina, salt and mix well. Cook till the mixture leaves the sides ofthe pan and add oil for smooth dough. Take it off the heat and let it cool downto room temperature.
  • Now add oregano, chili flakes andgarlic powder and cornflour. Now mix everything well and prepare a dough.
  • Take a plate or tray and greaseit with oil, spread the dough evenly.
  • Keep the tray in the fridge for15-20 minutes. Cut the dough into small fries shape.
  • Heat the oil in a pan on highflame for deep frying. Add fries one by one in to the pan and fry well till togolden and crisp. 
  • Now your suji french fries are completelyready to eat and serve along with sauces.
