This month I got very different theme for 1st
week i.e. Meatless Dishes, means non-vegetarian recipes without meat or egg
stuff. I’m vegetarian foodie and never taste and tried any non-veg food. My friends,
who love non veg food, always told me that main taste of any non-veg stuff is
comes through whole spices and marination technique which enhance the taste of
food. Most probably I tried this method or gravy style with lots of veggies
which really gives me fantastic delicacies. Here I got the chance to showcase those
recipes in this week on my blog under Blogging Marathon.

Here is first recipe under this event known
by Spaghetti with Meat Balls but
instead of meat, prefer to use paneer or cottage cheese and now it’s known by “Spaghetti Cheese Balls with Tomato Sauce”. Under
this recipe, we have to cook tomato sauce
and simmer the cheese balls in it. Serve these hot tomato sauce with boiled
spaghetti. If you are not spaghetti lover than you can replace the spaghetti
with any form of pastas or even rice also.

For cheese balls, you have to blend the
paneer with herbs and bread and prepare small sized balls and fry them. Again if
you are not preferred cottage cheese than replace with boiled and mashed
potatoes. Now check how to prepare spaghetti cheese balls with tomato sauce.
