Stuffed French Toast (Eggless)

Today I post “Eggless Stuffed French Toast”, prepared mixture of
custard powder or milk together instead of beaten eggs and make sandwich with spread
peanut butter and fruits slices on bread and soak into milk and custard powder
mixture. As per this recipe, I used honey, powdered sugar and strawberry for
garnishing. For more variation, you can choose your favourite fruit instead of
strawberries.

French toast is a dish of eggy toast which mostly prepared with bread and beaten eggs. It’s really good option for breakfast which serve with milkshake or juice.

Cooking time: 10 Minutes
Servings:  4 Toasts
Ingredients
4 White Bread Slices
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Slices of Strawberry
Butter for Frying
2 Tbsp. Custard Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar (Powdered)
Few Drops of Vanilla essence
For Garnishing
Strawberry Slices
Sugar Powder
Honey

Direction
Spread peanut butter evenly on bread slices and place strawberry
slices. Now cover one slice with another. Boil the milk and when milk is warm enough, add custard powder, sugar
and vanilla essence and whisk well. Now divide the bread sandwich into two triangle
shape.
Heat the non-stick tawa and grease little butter. Dip the
bread into custard mixture and cook it till to golden. Garnish with Honey,
powder sugar and strawberry slices on the top of toast. Serve hot eggless French toast
with shake or juice.
