10 Minutes Brownie Using Pressure Cooker

Today
I’m very happy for double celebration one is completing one year ( 1st
anniversary) and second is New Year 2013 so for this, I publish egg-less instant
brownie. Under this recipe, we combine all ingredients together and then baked
on pressure cooker for 10 minutes for this quantity. But if you want to cook
this brownie in oven just baked for 2-4 minutes as per your over or microwave…..
You
can serve this hot brownie with vanilla ice-cream and with chocolate syrup.

Serving: 1 

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Plain Flour/ Maida
2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Oil
3-4 Drops Vanilla Essence
Few Chopped Walnuts
Little Milk
For Garnishing
Vanilla Ice-cream
Chocolate syrup
Glazed Cherries

Dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients with dry one
Add milk to adjust consistency
Pour the batter in greased bowl
Place the bowl in cooker on another plate, as picture

Brownie is ready
serve brownie with ice-cream and sauce
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients together in one bowl and sieve well.
Now add wet ingredients and whisk well.
Add milk for smooth consistency and again whisk well.
Remove the whistle from the lid of cooker.
Heat the cooker (cover with lid) on high flame for 5 minutes.
Now grease the baking or aluminium bowl and pour in it.
Place the bowl into the cooker and again cook for 10 minutes approx.
Remove the bowl from the cooker and serve it with vanilla ice-cream
and chocolate syrup.

  1. Do we need to fit the lid into cooker or just to cover the cooker (in that case one can also use aluminium plate to cover the cooker.) please clear this querry.,
