Pineapple Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Pineapple and cucumber salad, combine with honey, lemon and mint
leaves. It’s a good source of fiber and light healthy salad. Honey adds the sweetness
to this tangy salad.
It’s a good meal for summer season and even you can serve with
food as a side dish. For more variation, you can add mango also instead of
pineapple.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Pineapple, Diced
1 Cup Cucumber, Diced
1/2 Cup Tomatoes, Diced
2 Tbsp. Green Olives, Chopped
2 Tbsp. Jalapenos, Chopped
3 Tbsp. Mint Leaves, Torn
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper Powder to Taste
2 Tsp. Honey
Instructions:
Combine honey, salt, pepper and mint leaves in bowl and mix well.
Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately
or cool.
