American Chop Suey

This time I posted “American Chop Suey” under this kid’s delight
theme in ongoing Blogging Marathon 21. In this recipe, we used fried and boiled
both noodles with some mixed vegetables and sauces in one pot. We all know kids
love noodles, so this time I made American Chop suey. Hope my viewers like this
recipe.

Preparation Time: 40-50 Minutes

Cooking Time: Less than 30 Minutes
Serving: 5-6 Serving

Ingredients:
1 Cup Fried Noodles
1 Large Onion, Long Cut
1/2 Cup French beans, Long Cut
1/2 Cup Carrots, Long Cut
1 Capsicum, Long Cut
1/2 Tsp. Ajinomoto
3 Tbsps. Cornflour
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp.  Red Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. Green Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
Directions:
How to Boil Noodles
Heat the vegetable oil in the pan, when oil is hot enough. Add vegetables
and sauté till to soft.
Now add ajinomoto and boil noodles. Mix cornflour with water in one bowl
and mix all sauce together in separate bowl with little water.
Now combine sauces mixture, cornflour water, vinegar and salt in
the pan. Mix well till to thick consistency.
Remove the noodles from the fire and garnish with fried noodles and
French beans.
