Apple And Date Shake

This time I made Apple and dates Shake for kids delight theme under
Blogging Marathon 21 edition. We all know kids and adults both like shakes… in
this recipes I used two ingredients apple and date both are the good for
health.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serving: 2 Glasses

Ingredients:
8-9 Dated, Seedless and Chopped
1 Medium Sized Apple, Peel and Chopped
3 Cup Milk
Few Drops of Vanilla Essence
Ice Cubes
Directions:
Chop the dated in small size and soak the chopped dates in half cup
of warm milk for more than half an hour. keep empty glass in freezer for 10-15 minutes to set for chill drink.
Now blend all ingredients together till to smooth consistency. Serve
in chilled glass with straw.
