Apple Vegetable Soup- Toddler Recipe

Today I post “Apple Vegetable Soup” under the theme of toddler
recipes for Blogging Marathon. Under this recipe, we have to cook apple and
some combination of seasonal vegetables together in pressure cooker with little
salt and serve as soup which is very healthy and nutritious for babies age
group of 7 months above who can consume little solid and healthy too.

One day, one of mine friend Deepti was told me, to add some toddler
recipes for her baby that time I always thought for weaning food or toddler
foods but never get the chance because of some pre-schedules and Events. But this time when BM announced this theme, I chose toddler
recipes theme for 3rd week.

So here is my 1st recipe for weaning food or toddler
food which goods for every baby, kids or even adults too.


Preparation time: 15
minutes
Cooking time: 15
minutes
Serving: 3 bowls
Ingredients
1 Large sized Apple, peeled and diced
1/3 Cup Peas, peeled
1 Carrot, peeled and diced
1 Medium sized Tomato, chopped
1/3 Cup Green Coriander Leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
1 Cinnamon sticks
1 Tbsp. Clarifying Butter

Directions
Combine all ingredients together in pressure cooker with 2 cups of
water except clarifying butter.
Cook this on high flame till to 5-6 whistles and cover with lid.
Remove the cinnamon sticks from the mixture and blend it till to smooth consistency.
Now heat the pan and add clarifying butter.
Add apple and veggie stock and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Serve
hot.
