Chili Paneer

Today I choose Chili Paneer under Chinese Menu of Akbar’s Indian restaurant
for BM 24.

Chili paneer is very popular and tasty Indo- Chinese recipe which
easily prepared with few ingredients. Even you can serve this recipe as appetizer
or main course with fried rice, noodles or Indian flat bread. For this recipe, we
have to fry the cheese cubes and cooked in capsicum and sauces gravy with spicy
flavors.
You can serve this Main course recipe with Naan or tandoori roti. As
per little tip, after fry this cubes….. Soak into salty water to remain soft
till to serve. Add cubes into gravy and cook for a while at the time of
serving. You can add spring onion too, for making thick consistency, add little
cornflour batter (mix cornflour into little water).

Servings:  3-4 persons

Ingredients
100 gm. Cheese cottage/ Paneer
1 medium sized Green
capsicum, diced
1 medium sized Onion,
diced
1 Green chili, fine chopped
1 Tsp. Ginger, grated
2 Tsp. Green chili
sauce
3 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Red chili
sauce
2 Tsp. Soya sauce
Black pepper powder
to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Cornflour for
coating
Oil for frying

Saute chili & ginger in oil
Saute onion
Fried Paneer

Saute Capsicum & Onion with salt and pepper
Mix sauces in water
Combine all together


Direction
Chop the paneer into
big cubes and toss into cornflour. Heat the oil and deep fry the paneer cubes
till to little golden. Now soak these golden cubes into water till to use. It
helps to paneer remain soft.
Heat the enough oil
into pan and sauté ginger and green chili. Add onion and capsicum. Cook till to
soft and add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Combine all sauces together
in one bowl and mix with 1/2 Cup water. Add sauces mixture into pan and mix
well. Now cook till to thick consistency and add paneer. Mix well.
Serve hot chili
paneer with naan or tandoori roti.
