Gol Gappe Shots/ Flavoured Panipuri

Gol gappa or Panipuri is very famous street snack in all over India. It
is round, so crisp and filled with potatoes stuffing and pudina flavour water
as traditional Panipuri. It’s small in size but enough to fit in mouth.  Pani comes from the Hindi word for water and puri (or poori)
is the name of an Indian bread made by frying dough in oil. It is
known as bataasha in the western region. Now these days, Panipuri
comes with some new flavour of water which increases its taste more.

Ingredients

10 gol gappe (readymade)
For stuffing
Boiled and chopped potatoes
Boiled black chickpeas
Crispy boondi/ pakori
For flavors
COLA Pani
1 glass coca cola
1/2 tsp. black
pepper powder
1/4 tsp. black salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. roasted
cumin powder
1 tbsp. chopped
black grapes
1 tsp. tamarind chutney
ORANGE Pani
     1
glass orange drink (Fanta)
     1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1/4 tsp. black salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. roasted
cumin powder
1 tbsp. orange
chunks
1 tsp. tamarind chutney
1 tsp. green
coriander chutney
Method
For cola pani, combine all the
ingredients together and refrigerate till to chill.
For orange pani, combine all
the ingredients together and refrigerate till to chill.
For gol gappe
Fill the puri with stuffing
(bondi, potato, boiled black chickpeas and both sauces).
Fill the glasses with flavour
drinks and garnish with stuff puri on the top of filled glass.
Note: for more flavour you
can use your favourite drink.
