After completing 8 letters of ABC, Now time
to reveal next alphabet “I”, I for “Instant Chocolate Mousse”. This is a really
simple, easy and without egg recipe of mousse which you can prepare anytime. Mousse
is a great dessert which comes from France, but now a day it’s available in various
variations. A mousse is prepared with egg whites or whipped creams and
generally flavors comes from chocolates or fresh fruit purees.  Its look so pretty and everyone will like it.
Even you can serve as in small or individual serving.
I adapt instant chocolate
mousse recipe from Sharmi’s Passion blog. It’s really a fantastic dessert which
liked by everyone at my home. For this recipe we have to cook chocolate and
marshmallow together in one pan and combine with whipped cream and keep for
deep freezing. Mousse can be from light and fluffy to creamy and thick, depend
on how to cook? For garnishing you can add chopped strawberries, chocolate
chips and more whatever you like. Personally I don’t want to add any topping.
Mousse was really amazing, fluffy, light and divinely.
