Mooli ka laccha or grated radish salad is a north Indian salad recipe. It is very simple and quick recipe to prepare which you can serve along with main course as side dish in form of salad. Mooli laccha is very common and regular recipe in my home which I made every time when I was in hurry to make salad especially in winter.
Seasonal mooli or radish is quite more sweet or juicy. To make this recipe we need few ingredients and toss them together in one bowl. You can prepare this recipe in five minutes. Radish helps in controlling cholesterol and good source of vitamins.
Radish is an edible root vegetable and consumed throughout the world, being mostly eaten raw as a crunchy salad vegetable. They have numerous varieties, varying in size, flavor, color, and length of time they take to mature.

Ingredients
2-3 Radish, Grated
2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
1 Tomato, Chopped
1/2 Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
Chaat Masala To Taste
Red Chili Powder to Taste (optional)
2 Tbsps. Green Coriander, Chopped
How to make Mooli Ka Lachha
Wash, peel and grate the radish. Add transfer into large bowl. Add chopped tomato, green chilies, coriander, salt and lemon juice and mix well. Serve along with main course as salad.
