No Bake Nutella Oats Cookies

On third week, I choose Nutella theme for
Blogging Marathon event series 55 hosted by Srivalli. I love this theme, where
I get a chance to try and taste new recipes with nutella spread. This time I
tried No bake Nutella Oats Cookies which are so easy to make and crunchy in
texture.  For this recipe, you have to
mix the nutella, butter, oats and cocoa powder together and prepare sweet and
crunchy cookies without oven.

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Nutella
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsps Butter
2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Uncooked Oats
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
Few Drops of Almond Essence
Instructions:
Combine sugar, milk, almond essence, butter
and cocoa powder together in heavy bottom non-stick pan.  Bring to boil over medium flame and keep
stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat and add peanut
butter, nutella and whisk until smooth.
Add Oats and mix well. Drop spoonful
mixture on butter paper and let cool.
Notes: You can skip the peanut butter and you
1/4 Cup nutella. You can chop nuts too for more variations.
