Oats and Fruits Smoothie

Today I post “Oats and Fruits Smoothie” recipe, under this recipe
combine oatmeal and some combo of fruits and blend it together for thick and
smooth consistency. It’s a really healthy drink which good in breakfast or any
time temptation. We can serve chilled with some more chunky fruits. As I garnish
with little cherry on the top of smoothie glass. We all knows fruits are the
good for health and oats are the great source of calcium and lite too. In this
recipe, I prefer tinned fruit (Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail), it’s really good…
According to my review, it’s easy to use and easy to preserve. From
the point of nutritional information, its contain energy (79 kcal), protein
0.3gm, fat 0gm, sodium 2.3 mg, potassium 115mg, sugar 18.1gm, carbohydrates
20.5g.. It’s a combo of coconut gel, pineapple, papaya and some cherry in lots
of sugar syrup.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serving: 2 Small Glasses

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail
1 ½ Tbsp. Instant Oatmeal
2 Tsp. Sugar or Honey
1/2 Cup Low Fat Milk
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together into blender jar and blend it till
smooth pouring consistency. Serve as chilled and garnish with little cherry.
