Oats And Sprouts Kebab

Last Updated on

Today I post “Oats and Sprouts Kebab” in Blogging Marathon under
the theme of cooking with moong. In this recipe, I combine moong sprouts with
potato, oats, onion and some aroma of spices.
It’s really healthy
and tasty kebab which easily prepared and all ingredients are easily available
in our kitchen. Mung bean sprouts are germinated by leaving them watered
with four hours of daytime light and spending the rest of the day in the dark.
Mung bean sprouts can be grown under artificial light for four hours over the
period of a week. They are usually simply called “bean sprouts”.
You can serve this kebab as an evening snack and also great option
for party appetizer which accompaniment with tomato sauce; I personally prefer onion
coriander dip with tea.
