Today I prepared “Paneer Pakora” or you can say cheese fritters
too. As per Blogging Marathon for second week I choose cooking from Indian restaurant,
under this theme we have to choose one restaurant and cook from restaurant’s menu
card. For this I select “Akbar’s Indian Restaurant” in starter course.

For the 1st day I post Paneer Pakora, because it’s mine favourite
too. You can serve this pakora accompaniment with tomato sauce or green chili
dip with hot tea.
