Clarifying Butter/ Desi ghee, shallow frying
For Stuffing
1 Cup Fresh Peas, boiled
2 Green Chili, chopped
1/4 Cup Green Coriander, chopped
Salt to taste
Red chili to taste
1 Tbsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp. Chaat Masala
1/2 Lemon Juice
Instructions:
